I tried to not make him too Heath-ish, but a Joker in police outfit. hm. nothing special, just a boredom.

I forgot to comment this at the time....but anyway--I REALLY love this. I find it so hard to imagine the Joker without his white makeup.
I was wondering if you would ever attempt to do one without the police outfit--you know, make him with all his hair showing and whatnot--I just love how you draw him :]]
